What SheetRisk is, what it is not, and what to do before relying on a report.
Version: 28 Oct 2026 · Eastbridge Partners LLC d/b/a SheetRisk
1. No professional services
SheetRisk, its staff and its software do not practice engineering, architecture, surveying or law. Nothing on this site or in a report is a professional opinion, certification, or design.
2. For professional users
The service is designed for architects, engineers, contractors, construction managers, lenders and similar business users who have the training to evaluate its output.
3. AI-generated output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent, and the same files may produce different results on different runs. Findings may be missed (false negatives) or flagged in error (false positives). Small, rotated or low-quality text can be misread. Any “risk level”, “money-pit indicator”, or “likely change order” is a software indicator for review, not a cost estimate, a prediction, or a professional opinion.
How SheetRisk uses AI. SheetRisk uses AI services from outside providers to read drawings and generate findings. AI systems can make mistakes, including stating incorrect things confidently. Results may vary between runs. SheetRisk does not guarantee that any conflict, cost risk, or change-order risk will be found, or that any flagged item is a real problem.
Human review required. Check every finding against the source drawings, and have a qualified, licensed professional review it before any decision about design, bidding, pricing, lending, construction, or safety. See section 5 of the Terms of Service.
4. Examples and results
Sample reports and case studies are illustrations. Your results will vary with your drawings.
Examples are illustrations from real, anonymized projects. Figures such as “115 items flagged” describe those projects only and are not typical or guaranteed results.
5. Independence
SheetRisk is not affiliated with or endorsed by any software maker or brand named on this site. Names are used only to identify compatible file types, or to say which service providers handle data for us.
6. No warranty; limits of liability
THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. SHEETRISK’S LIABILITY FOR A REPORT IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID FOR THAT REPORT.
See sections 15 and 16 of the Terms of Service.
