Privacy Policy
What SheetRisk collects, and what we do with it.
Version: 28 Oct 2026 · Eastbridge Partners LLC d/b/a SheetRisk
1. Who we are
SheetRisk is a trade name of Eastbridge Partners LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use sheetrisk.com and the SheetRisk software, and what we do with it.
Privacy contact: privacy@sheetrisk.com.
2. What we collect
- Your account details: first and last name, work email, company, role, mobile number, and where your business is.
- Your projects: the project name, city and state or province, the drawing files you upload, and the reports we make from them.
- Payments: the amount, the date and Stripe’s reference. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page; we never see or store your full card number.
- Records of your agreements and choices: each time you accept the Terms (with the version, the time and your IP address), and whether you asked for texts or email offers.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Messages: what you send us, and the emails and texts we send you.
3. How we use it
- To run the Service: read your set, show its progress, prepare your report, and sign you in with an emailed code or link.
- To tell you when your results are ready, by email and, if you gave us a mobile number for it, by text.
- To take payments and send receipts.
- To keep our customer records (who you are and where your runs stand), so we can help you with them.
- To keep a record of the agreements and choices above.
- To send news and offers, only if you ticked a box asking for them. You can stop them at any time.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal duties.
4. AI processing
To read your drawings, we send your files to outside AI services. They process the files only to return results to us.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with our service providers, listed at the end of this policy, to run the Service; when the law requires it; or when you ask us to. If you create a share link for a report, anyone with that link can open the report.
6. Cookies
We use one cookie, which the Service needs: it keeps you signed in, and keeps your upload together while you confirm your email. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address when a page loads.
7. Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your files and reports while your account needs them to provide the Service. Sets you haven’t paid for are removed automatically; your account shows the date for each one. You can ask us to delete your account, files or reports at any time by emailing privacy@sheetrisk.com. We confirm when it’s done. Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept as the law requires.
8. Security
Files are stored privately and sent over encrypted connections, and we use them only to provide the Service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@sheetrisk.com.
- Stop email offers with the unsubscribe link in any of them. Stop texts by replying STOP.
- In Canada, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
10. Where your data is processed
In the United States, and in other countries where our service providers operate.
11. Business users only
SheetRisk is for business use and is not meant for anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We’ll post any change here with a new version and date, and tell you by email before a change that affects you takes effect.
