Our refund policy
If the report fails to generate, or is clearly corrupted, we will rerun it or refund you. Because reports are delivered digitally right away, other refunds are at our discretion.
How to ask
Email support@sheetrisk.com with the report ID from your receipt. If we rerun the report, you get the new one in your account.
Charged twice
If you’re charged twice for the same report, we refund the second payment. You don’t need to ask.
